Went down to Newport Pier and got the skunk! Nobody caught anything big and the only thing caught were tiny perch and small jacksmelt. Very slow day. They need the macs.

what were you using for bait? On monday they wer using squid for everything

If it is macks that you are after you should give Balboa Pier a shot......use a sabiki rig with small bits of squid.....
