Fairmount Boat Launch.

I stopped by Fairmount Park today on my way home from Covina and was shocked to see this. Its a new little boat launch ramp and dock, wow that's kind of odd but a good thing I guess[/ATTACH]

Wait a minute.... while my first post was in jest, what exactly is the ramp for?? It doesn't look like the ramp can support a boat of any size (just judging from the pics). I looked over the city and park's websites, but didn't find anything in regards to the the new ramp.

So.....what's it for? Kayaks, canoes, float tubes?? Anything that floats??
