    Default santa ana's catfishing

has anyone fished there recently? haven't seen any post on here. i went last week for the 24 hour session and came back by 3am. it was slow for us. only caught one. we started fishing from shore then rented a pontoon but didn't make a difference. we were using shrimp and mackerel with marshmallow. is it just not time yet for the hot bite or what do you guys think? i wanted to go again but i am not sure if i should just wait.

ouch!!! expensive $125 catfish u caught there..... . ; if no bite move, seems like they just like the catfish in a live tank (Asian markets) all in a corner and on top each other. once u find the honey hole they fight for ur bait..

    good luck
