One source claimed that special counsel prosecutors were “not getting what they want” from Manafort.

Manafort contested the special counsel’s claims, noting that he met with the government “on numerous occasions and answered the government’s questions.” “Manafort provided information to live up to his cooperation obligations,” his lawyers wrote. “He believes he provided truthful information and does not agree with the government’s characterization that he has breached the agreement.”

Manafort’s sentencing is slated for early February.

Also Monday night, Conservative author Jerome Corsi, who revealed earlier this month that he had received a subpoena and plans to reject any deal offered to him to plead guilty to perjury. He claimed they wanted him to admit to something he didn't do, and lie. Corsi said earlier this month his ongoing negotiations with the special counsel have “just blown up,” and said he “did everything” he could to cooperate.” “This is the most frightening experiences of my life”. Corsi says he won't accept a plea deal from Mueller.

Corsi is connected with Roger Stone, who also expects to be a target in Mueller’s probe. Stone said he believes Mueller is investigating whether he had knowledge of WikiLeaks releasing hacked emails of Democrats. In a statement to Fox News on Monday, Stone denied knowledge of email hacking. Stone added: “If Jerry ever deduced that Mr. Podesta’s emails had been purloined and would be published by WikiLeaks, he did not share that conclusion with me.”

“I continue to see that my friend Dr. Jerry Corsi is being harassed by the Special Counsel, not for lying, but for refusing to lie,” Stone said. “It is inconceivable that in America someone would be prosecuted for refusing to swear to a false narrative pushed on him by the Mueller investigators.”

Meanwhile, Papadopoulos, who pleaded guilty to making false statements, was sentenced to 14 days in prison. Papadopoulos has been outspoken on Twitter and interviews regarding the investigation and his experience with the special counsel’s office. “The truth will all be out. Not even a prison sentence can stop that momentum,”

Papadopoulos tweeted Sunday. “Looking forward to testifying publicly shortly after. The wool isn’t going to be pulled over America’s eyes forever. Much love.”

Stormy Daniels ordered to pay President Trump $292G in legal fees

Adult film star Stormy Daniels must pay President Trump $293,000 in legal fees.

"The U.S. District Court today ordered Stormy Daniels to pay President Trump $292,052.33 to reimburse his attorneys’ fees, plus an additional $1,000 in sanctions to punish Daniels.

"The court’s order, along with the court’s prior order dismissing Stormy Daniels’ defamation case against the President, together constitute a total victory for the President, and a total defeat for Stormy Daniels in this case."

President Trump had asked a court earlier this month for nearly $800,000 in lawyers’ fees and penalties from Daniels. More than 500 hours was spent that rang up a nearly $390,000 legal bill. The president asked for an equal amount in sanctions as a deterrent against a “repeat filer or frivolous defamation cases.”

She sued Trump for defamation. Daniels' lawsuit against Trump was tossed out of court in October.

"The court agrees with Mr. Trump’s argument. The ruling also states that the President is entitled to an award of his attorneys’ fees against Stormy Daniels”.

Migrant group demand Trump either let them in or pay them each $50G to turn around

Two groups of Central American migrants marched to the U.S. Consulate in Tijuana with a list of demands. One group delivering an ultimatum to the Trump administration: either let them in the U.S. or pay them $50,000 each to go home.

Among other demands were that deportations be halted and that asylum seekers be processed faster and in greater numbers.

The first group of caravan members arrived at the consulate around 11 a.m. Alfonso Guerreo Ulloa, an organizer from Honduras, said the $50,000 figure was chosen as a group.

“It may seem like a lot of money to you,” Ulloa told the paper. “But it is a small sum compared to everything the United States has stolen from Honduras.”

He said the money would allow the migrants to return home and start a small business.

A letter from the group criticized U.S. intervention in Central America and asked the U.S. to remove Honduran President Orlando Hernandez from office. They gave the consulate 72 hours to respond.
