I have been told that if you chum the, er, medical stuff the fish get stoned and then the munchies come. Then you bait up with marshmallows and the trout go nuts.

Ask for "Super Worms" at PetCo or Petsmart next time, and not mealies.

The Superworms are the size of a snake.

I feed 'em to my tarantula once or twice a month for the fat content. Trout might like em too.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I pass on the Super Worms. My first experience with Super Worms was in Bishop, and my last experience with Super worms was in Bishop. They are too big for me, and they bite.

So, which one looks like it might be an inch long? THAT'S the one. The ones they sell at the lake. And that don't bite.

M&M works great too. Caught some of my biggest trout on this combo way back in the day at sarl. Not sure why I stopped using it. Probably when micetails came along... Made fishing too easy. :)

    They bite?!

I've handled so many, I guess I'm lucky. I had no idea that they bite.

Yeah, the little ones do too. But you don't really notice it since it doesn't feel like anything.
