Saw the truck again. Dropped off a couple hundred more fish today. Haven't heard of anyone having any luck since I saw him a couple of weeks ago. Water temp is 56, so they shouldn't have any trouble biting after they settle.

    Thx

Dont mention it. I believe it's 5-6 but I'm pretty sure you can park in the neighborhood and sneak in after the park is closed if twilight fishing is your thing. Good luck

Report to wilderness downey today after work, from 6pm to 8pm - got skunked! I was using powerbait, jigs and inline spinners, etc.

I did see the trail on the grass where the truck pulled into to stock the lake.

Anyone has any luck on that lake and what best to use?

    Thanks
    Ric

Edit: Just saw your post about the trail marks the truck left behind, haha.

So, yes, It was the south Lake. Sorry to hear that you got skunked. The Fish are still in shock and will take a week or so I'm guessing to start biting.

Sorry, I have not caught trout there before. I've only caught one trout my entire life and it was on accident while bass fishing at legg lake at night, haha!
