Cleghorn cove is closed to vehicle traffic because of a broken water main for an unknown time. Fished the east end of dam for a few hours. Skunked again.

Cleghorn cove is closed to vehicle traffic because of a broken water main for an unknown time. Fished the east end of dam for a few hours. Skunked again.
I was there last night and it was open. So it was closed today? I'll check tonight but the topwater boils have gone bye bye, was very quiet last night.
Went this past sunday at the dam and caught some nice 3-4lbs during night.
