Just for info, Jackson Lake is down to a 110 yard long mudpuddle. Little Rock dam last Sunday, gate locked, nobody around.

The Angeles National Forest streams and lakes are drying up completely in many spots that used to provide fishing recreation. Big Rock Creek, Little Rock Creek, WF of San Gabriel and many other smaller drainages are now dry or gonna be dry. What water that had the fish killed to protect the frogs, has dried up.
San Bernardino NF is getting to be the same way. No Winter rains or snows for five years.....silting and ash from wild fires and stocking with sterile fish have taken their toll. If you want to catch fish, your best bet is Eastern or Western Sierra. Still plenty of eager Brookies, Rainbows and Browns to bring to hand in creeks, lakes and the Owens River.
sad to hear another fishing spot gone.
