Colorado River 4th of July weekend 2016. Fishing was hot!
Usual lures. 3" Curly tail and a 1/4 oz Road Runner, black tube with red flake, Square bill crank. Caught about 40 over three days, and my boy caught about 20 mostly on a 6" black and green ribbon tail worm. Not a ton of fishing time as it was really humid on top of the usual triple digit heat, so we went out morning and evening and spent the middle of the day swimming and playing poker.
