Okuma has great customer service
So last week I broke my guide select rod on the rail at San Clemente island and thought I was out of luck. Okuma in Ontario replaced it no questions asked and they gave me the newer version of the rod .....I was a bit skeptical at first how my visit was going to be however hands down they took care of it at no cost to me .This great customer experience makes me want to buy more okuma products.
