Anyone know where there's a store with a good variety of barbless hooks?

You can go on line and find a host of suppliers for all sizes of barbless hooks. I buy mine on Amazon or Ebay or at Allen or Flyshack. They are cheaper by the 100 count.

Good you for on the barbless hooks. I have switched and there is not a problem with inadvertent releases. Heck, I release all of them anyway.
