Carbon Canyon Derby, slow bite.
Arrived very early at 7am to the event. My kiddos got skunked from 9-12pm. I hear only 500lbs of catfish were stocked but nothing bit until about after noon. Left with 4 catfish and many others left with no fish. Team 57 did great with helping out and had a great raffle too. Overall slow bite but still a great time.
Thank you for the kind words, Team 57 is hoping to be a part of this yearly event to help pay it forward to the kids....btw I'll be lobbying hard for more catfish next time around, for what it's worth
