    This time of year is always slow..especially for shore guys...most lakes have some sort of die off from end of fall into winter..just a matter of how big the die off...there was a big die off about 3 years ago

    Hey guys, been awhile sense I posted, but my dad got a 3lb today. They fished from the opening of the launch ramp till 12:30 pm. They fished all around lake, but only got one. My dad got it on a triged midnight robo.

    thnx for the report..
    talked to ron today,he caught a few
    cats the other day with one albino and
    a 16 pounder after the rain,,, not bad
    for not stocking for two years....
    the tall pier had some 3 to 4 inch
    crappies biting a month ago, good sign
    for sure.

    By the way,there are some big cats in there,once in a deep spot there we were bouncing spoons of the bottom for winter bass,caught 5cats from 9-14lbs,no joke!

    Yep done that too summer nights on mack hunks. Old grampa cat still lives there and he is watching you.

    Thanks CrappieMike. I've always wondered about the crappie population. This was my first time fishing the Pudd again in over 5 years.
