self ramp hoisted in air and out of service Halloween till end of march 2016 !! geezz scratch off list for any kayak /small boat lauch... during hooping season for god sake and great timing... ; there is a small gap between rocks but u risk scratching up ur boat/kayak and or losing gear and gotta time it with waves coming in...... closed for el nino prevention?? or did somebody piss off local government or official and he told them remove it for punishment ???? hmmmmmmmmm ; we losing our accessible beaches and fish spots as it is already..

You can launch off fish harbor dock near the commercial fishing boats on Terminal Island.
