I hate to ask, but I understand there will be a new fleet of rentals and want to know if there will be any chance of private boats being allowed back? And, how will new boats new boats stop the chances of someone falling overboard? Just asking.

My bet is that if a new fleet of rental boats are coming to the vine, they will be "john boats" which have a flatter profile in their interface with the water and less "capsizable" then the current fleet which is easier to tip over.....Thoughts??
