looks like Wood Ranch Reservoir in Simi Valley aka bard lake. They have thermal cameras and 24 other cameras there too. they charged me with trespassing after the fact, District attorney dropped it. good luck with that

1. the illegal practice of trespassing on another's property to hunt or steal game without the landowner's permission.
2. any encroachment on another's property, rights, ideas, or the like.

Possession is also considered poaching, not just killing. But really if you are trying to legitimize the activity by saying you are not killing it most realize that there is a decent chance that death can be caused by the catching of a fish (swallowing lure, internal damage, incorrect handling etc..) so although not being the moral police here I think trying to differentiate between the 2 just doesn't cut the mustard.
