    Wow not again. I need to start wearing my vest whenever I'm out on the water.

    There is no best. Only recovering the body of someone on the water who couldn't swim. PFD's may not be "cool looking" but it's darn near impossible to drown in them. They make some nice PFD/fishing vest combos. I use one from Bass Pro every time I go out in my inflatable as I can't swim.

    they found his body in 25 ft of water. pretty close to where he fell.

    Nah. It is not the lake's fault anymore than the freeway being at fault when a distracted driver rolls off the freeway.
