26 of us on board. A great group and we all worked well together. Limited out on Blue Fin, all quality size. Had a great time. The Bluefin were deep (180-200 feet). Fly line wasn't working. 1-2 oz sinker was the ticket.
Any questions, ask.

Good job! Anyone catch em' on jigs since they were deep? Flatfalls?
Nice Good Report
Sweet! The sinkers, were they eggs and a shot or torpedo/rubber band?
That's so funny you asked that question. I was looking at some local Tuna pictures on 976-tuna last night and I blow up a picture on a nice tuna. The guy was fishing with a several ounce torpedo weight rigged up dropper loop style. I have never fished for local tuna that way before!!!!
Not a single fish was caught on a jig. And all sorts, including flatfalls, were tried.
95% of the people had egg sinkers all the way down to the hook.
Great trip,on one cool boat, fished a couple of 3days on it. Thanks
