went out on the freelance yesterday, fishing was ok cought a few fish no cudas were landed though seals got to them before they were over the rails over all a good trip pics coming soon 19 Calico Bass 12 Bonito 31 Rockfish
23 Salmon Grouper 3 Sculpin 1 Sheephead
hopefully it picks up soon as the weather heats up looking forward to the pics

I'll be on the Freelance tomorrow to try to have some fun with the cudas and hopefully a WSB!!
the cuda bite was ok but not as good as it was earler in the week
cool, it looks like its picking up. todays report says 81 Bonito - 37 Calico Bass - 10 Barracuda -1 Sculpin - 1 Sheephead - 1 Whitefish
but thats with 74 anglers :shock: can u say MOO!!!

Cool having a chance at the gar! None landed?! Was everyone using light gear or just the seals thick?
Might start having to bring a setup with heavier string along. I'll spend some time on every fourth-coming trip trying for them.
I tossed rubber for over an hour straight for cuda last Wednesday for not a single hit but pretty sure I got one follow to within twenty feet of the boat! 50-50 on confidence level!

yeah we went out to cat, and yes the seals were thick we had to move about every 10 min trying to stay away from them
