Bones are in the surf!
Went for a short 3-hour session this morning. Definitely the bones are running close. Got four bones landed and released. Two other hookups got off. Still mostly scattered and not in big numbers but they're here. If your jig luckily drops where they are, a few cranks and twitch and you're getting bit. Loads of fun on light tackle. So dust of your KMs and jigs and go get 'em!

Nice job! I'm a complete noob with the surf, but I can catch me a bone. I know your pics are a dead giveaway to the beach, but I don't fish from shore much. Can you find it in your heart to steer me towards the general direction of said beach? Thanks!
Nice job on the bonies. Pound for pound one of the best fights. Combine that with surf fishing and it's a blast.
