Getn the Spotties 7/27/15

Whats up all,

Been a long time since my last post, and I sure miss the team57 family. I'm in town for a wedding and decided to hit my old stomping grounds for a few to see if I still got it. Got a skiff and fished from 630-10. Ended up with with 19 spotties. Usually I get at least 1 hali or something, but looks like only the bass were on the chew. Here are pics of some of them. All fish released

Great to hear from ya brotha. It's been Waaaaay too long. I hope you and your beautiful wife are doing great these days. Last I heard you headed up to the Berkely area and slipped into the shadows. I was reasonably sure you didn't give up fishing altogether though. Ya know....The internet kinda reaches EVERYWHERE Nick....LOL
Shoot us stuck down here in the big city some pretty pictures from up north at least bro.
Anyways......Great Job on the spotties sir and keep in mind if you are in town around mid October that we are having our next Hunting Giants derby. It would be great to see ya again.

P.S.

Where did you rent the skiff exactly and what was the cost? I promised my youngest daughter that her pops would take her fishing in the next two weeks on a boat.

Wow, I was just asking Arthur about where you were when we went out fishing on Sunday. Glad you were able to get some time fishing on your visit. Nice going on the spots!

P.S. - I'd like to know about the skiffs too since my son is taken an interest in fishing now. We were down at Redondo a few weeks ago and it didn't look like they do that anymore. I took a skiff outta Newport a while back but haven't done that in 20+ years.

I really do have to do some better planning next time! That would be awesome to get together again with everyone. Babies maybe next year! Jina said she's starting to warm to the idea.
