    Going out of Dana tomorrow

    I kayaked there a few days ago. Most private boats only went out a few miles. You can see them stacked up. Just follow the herd

    Go early, could be a hour to get bait. Don't crowd the bait tank, maybe put some on ice for chum.
    When you head out of the harbor run a couple miles north or south so you are not running the same line as most of the boats then head out. You might find a magic paddy that has been hit by the rest of the boats. Good luck.

    Talked to a guy that ran to Newport today from Terminal Island. They say tuna but no bites. They landed a couple yellowtail.
