The Clinton's are just flat out corrupt carpetbaggers. Clinton has been in denial for decades about her corruption and lies. But go ahead Holmes, keep protecting those corrupt lefties. I don't get how you lefty trolls do that and keep a straight face...
Par for the course? You must be referring to your propensity to swallow the drivel of conservative hacks, in spite of the information which strongly supports that the buttons in question were not approved or sanctioned by the campaign.

Al Gore was not a Dixiecrat, and you have absolutely no proof which suggests otherwise. As for the Clintons, I didn't not vote for Bill and I won't be voting for Hilary, as I've stated before. And I won't apologize for their corrupt or otherwise questionable acts, anymore than I would apologize for the corrupt or questionable acts of virtually every administration from the last few decades.

Yup, just like the emails on her personal server, the Clinton's and the DNC are some of the best at making things disappear. And like I said before, Algore's daddy was indeed a Dixiecrat, and Algore, like all good demorats, change what they call themselves depending on the political winds of the day. Liberals, progressives, socialists, communists, fascists, statists, they're all under the same demorat tent. "What flavor shall we be today?" And yet you attack those who point out the facts and deliver the messages that don't "jibe" with them. Do you have an identity disability? You are also very keen on hiding your own political beliefs...

Once again, Al Gore was never a Dixiecrat, regardless of his father's political and social views. And I defy you to show me a single shred of evidence in which Clinton or Gore (or Obama for that matter) referred to themselves - inclusively - as liberals, progressives, socialists, communists, fascists, and statists.

I've not hidden my political beliefs - your suggestion that I have is a lie, plain and simple. When asked about particular issues, I've given my points of view. I've also spoken on my voting record.

To punish, disparage, denigrate, destroy and rewrite history is not too much for the wacko left.

    Some current examples are:
    1. FORT SMITH (KFSM)- A Fort Smith School Board committee passed a motion Tuesday (June 23) to ban the “Dixie” song during the 2015-2016 school year and to replace the rebel mascot for the 2016-2017 school year.
    2. Faculty member wants Dixie State University in St. George , Utah name changed. Dixie State University nixed its former rebel soldier mascot along with displays of the confederate flag after obtaining university status from the state. But the name “Dixie” stuck, and now psychology professor Dannelle Larsen-Rife thinks that should change too, KSTU-TV reported.
    3. California Senate Bill SB 539 to remove all names of Confederate members from public building, schools and streets etc.
    4. A movement is on to remove Confederate War monuments and statues in a number of states and cities and to rename streets (Memphis, New Orleans and NYC to name a few).
    5. San Diego school board member wants school named Robert E. Lee changed.
    6. An unelected head of a state agency in Oregon fines a couple $135,000, for refusing to bake a wedding cake for a lesbian couple because it’s against their religious belief. Then a judge issues a gag order restraining the couple from talking about it. The lesbian were a regular customer of the bakery and were served many times they just would not bake a wedding cake. Oh and the bakery owners even attended the wedding that was before the state got involved and fined them.
    7. Dukes of Hazard pulled from TV schedule.
    8. General Lee model car from Dukes of Hazard stopped by Warner Bros.
    9. Major chain stores removed Confederate branded merchandise from shelves.
    10. In Decatur, Tennessee, Wal-Mart is now refusing to "order a high school class ring because the mascot - the Rebel - had a confederate flag in the image." Aaron Browder, the graduate who wanted to order the ring, was actually turned away because there's a Confederate flag in the ring. I'm not even kidding. Kids can't get freaking CLASS RINGS ANYMORE, y'all.

    And then we have:
    11. 10 Commandment Monument ordered removed in Oklahoma even though the SCOUS ruled a 10 Commandment Monument could not be removed in Texas.
    12. In Oregon, under a first-in-the-nation policy quietly enacted in January that many parents are only now finding out about, 15-year-olds are now allowed to get a sex-change operation. Many residents are stunned to learn they can do it without parental notification -- and the state will even pay for it through its Medicaid program, the Oregon Health Plan.
    13. School-based health clinics in at least 13 Seattle-area public high schools and middle schools now offer long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs), including IUDs and hormonal implants. These services are available to students in sixth-grade and above at no cost (to the student), according to Washington State officials. The costs are covered by the taxpayers.
    14. Under the “Amend the Code for Marriage Equality Act,” sponsored by Rep. Lois Capps (D-Calif.), “gendered terms” would be replaced with more “gender-neutral” terms, the Washington Examiner reported. For example, “husband” and “wife” would simply become “spouse.”

In the early 1970’s my wife and I had the pleasure to see Elvis in person at the Hilton in Las Vegas. As he did in every show he closed his act with this trilogy. Tell me why anyone in his right mind world find Dixie racial insensitive, ain’t being PC wonderful….

    5. San Diego school board member wants school named Robert E. Lee changed.
Looks like that school board member has no clue of Robert E. Lee's true abolitionist history. I swear Dev, liberals are like bots, they get programmed then do the same thing over and over and over. No brains, only memory chips. Did you hear the Lee memorial in Dallas was a victim of graffiti last night?

These morons like the mayor of Memphis are even demanding graves be desecrated and the remains moved elsewhere.

Been reading a lot of BS about changing names, removing graves and various other disrespect of confederate soldiers and I came up with this.

Confederate soldiers, sailors, and Marines who fought in the Civil war were made U.S. Veterans by an act of Congress in in 1957, U.S. Public Law 85-425, Sec 410, which was approved 23 May, 1958. This made all Confederate Veterans equal to U.S. Veterans.

I smell the makings of a huge lawsuit if they follow through.

I think most if not everyone on this board would agree that removing or desecrating the graves of confederate soldiers - or anyone else, for that matter - for political reasons is unacceptable. (If there is anyone who thinks otherwise, please speak up so we can pursue this line of deflection.)

And this has nothing to do with your backing of a flag whose resurgence was racist at it's core, regardless of it's Confederate history.

Robert E. Lee had no abolitionist history. And before you go down that road, be prepared - I have all my responses necessary to respond to your apologetic stupidity.

"And if all others accepted the lie which the Party imposed – if all records told the same tale – then the lie passed into history and became truth."Who controls the past," ran the Party slogan, "controls the future: who controls the present controls the past." And yet the past, though of its nature alterable, never had been altered. Whatever was true now was true from everlasting to everlasting. It was quite simple. All that was needed was an unending series of victories over your own memory." -1984
