    Default Catfish BBL?

    Hey all,
    What are some popular baits for cats at BBL? I've fished carp, trout, and bass in there but never cats. Any help will be appreciated!

    I've had plenty of bites the few times I've been on mack. The one we did land was straight out of the grass and tasted like mud. I'm sure there are better tasting cats in the lake but that one......YUK! I don't necessarily fish for cats but my son has wanted to a few time. Over by the observatory and was good but I think you can find them all over the lake.

    When catfishing at BBL is it good to use a slip bobber? I know that bait trout fishing there this time of year is best with a slip bobber. Or are the cats mostly cruising the bottom there? I know some lakes they suspend more...
