    Default Banned playground equipment.

Yep!! Changing times for sure. Todays kids never had the fun of these ones, today its all plastic boring stuff. I remember sitting on a hunk of wax paper on a metal slide flying as fast as a rocket. Click image for larger version.

I saw a playground mid summer with a metal slide at a park. No kids around.

They only left that slide because the locals use it to fry tilapia In the summer.

Once saw a kid get his head stuck in the bars on one of these. LAFD had to get called out. They used soap and water to get it out.

My favorite was going down the slide at the precise moment some kid was trying to run up it.

Hal McRae didn't have anything on me.
