    Default Creepy duct run

Told the guys at work I would make striper tacos For lunch today.

Got up, wierd feeling from the start. Roll out to the duct...

Lights from Bakersfield in the distance illuminated the night pretty good, the air was more clear than usual. (Could see headlights on 58 going over the hill) 35+ miles

Air was still, no sound except this one dingbat bird who is blasting off like he's alarmed.

Dead still, silent Sanz the bird.. watched for snakes in the partially lit dark, slight cloud cover that is what I think caused the silence.

As soon as I got out of the truck it felt as if someone was watching me. Noone was there..

no coyotes, unusual engine noises from the distance. Looked like two lightning bolts had struck behind me, but I think it was distant vehicles flashing my direction.

    Spooky day for sure!

Bite was even slower. Landed 2 and missed a couple short strikes.

Will post the trademark bako tailgate shot later.. hope my day improves
