Can a person with a California fishing license fish on the AZ shoreline like Site 6, or would you have to purchase an AZ license?
    Thanks

Not sure where site 6 is but if you have a Ca license and fish along the stretch of the Colorado between Ca and Az, you are fine to fish on either side. There are some stretches of the river that is on Indian Reservation and you will need a special license to fish on shore. If you look up the regs, it will tell you what parts of the river is covered.

Lightning you fishing the striper derby in May? Do you fish the dock at site six alot or fishing from a boat I will be fishing the derby this year.
Just wondering cause seems like not to many folks here fish Havasu for stripers or they just don't post it.

CADFW got rid of the stamp. Your California license now allows you to fish on a boat in Havasu, as well as shorelines on both states.

That is correct. The CA river stamp went away with the 2014 license year. Cost of license went up slightly for everyone in both AZ and CA to get it done. Or that is at least how they justified it.
