    Default Good warranty with Phenix

My wife gave me a Phenix Elixir for my birthday last year.
Last week I was at Pleasant Valley fishing.
While casting, the upper half snapped off right at the ferrule.
I called Phenix when I got home. They told me to bring it in with $30 and they would replace it.
I took it in today. The guy behind the counter ask me what happened and I told him.
He walked in the back and brought out a new upper half of the rod and sent me on my way.
No charge.........Thanks Phenix for great service!!

Yup, hands down best warranty. I too had a Phenix replaced with the same results. The guys at Phenix are awesone. Sold off just about all my saltwater pelagic/problue/bucarra loomis rods and went with all phenix.

I broke 3 Phenix rods last year(all my fault) and all were replaced. They have the best customer service I have dealt with. All I have in the boat now is Phenix rods.

Let's hope they don't go the way Shimano did after losing a bunch to people who abused the warranty!

I heard that only people with LA zip codes are denied the unlimited lifetime warranty.
