Saturday 3-14-15
Went out Sat AM for alittle bass fishing. Did really good. Fish are starting to do their "thing" for sure here. Fished mainly in 7 to 15 feet out beyond bedding areas. This is where the females lay and wait !! Was able to land 2 fish @ 3.5 and 2 @ 4lbs even...all females I believe as they appeared to be producing eggs (fat bellies). Best though was this 6 lber right at about 10:30 AM. She was in about 13 feet and hit a roboworm fished on the dropshot. Water started out at 60 degrees and warmed up to 63 in some areas.. Now is the time to go !!!! Caught numerous "bucks that went from 1.5 to 2 lbs ...
