Most of the reports were ho-hum with somewhat slow fishing. However, there were some freaking TOADS coming out - I personally know of a 10.5lber, 12.75lber and a 13.2 that were caught over the weekend. Two of the three on Sierra Slammers (1 jig, 1 swimbait). I would be fine fishing all day for just 1 bite if it was one of those jumbos!

Bodes well for a trip a couple weeks after the event. That's a great time to break out a tube on PVR.

Now that gets my blood boiling .... I'm amped up. I'm gonna try my wife's electric wheel chair to see if I can get a ways down from the plant and maybe score a couple.
