You know, I almost thought this was the "Biggest Darwin Award Contest" in the making, until I researched that the solid ice on the lake is over 22". With 22" thick ice, you can drive a 2 ton truck safely on top of it.

Been there done that. It's actually the biggest excuse to inebriate oneself while freezing your arse off in the name of fishing. By the way, you accidentally step in one of those holes and get wet, you are freaking done.
