Driven by it numerous times. There's always been a lot people there. We don't usually stop in Big Pine but we might have to next trip up and check this place out.

I usually spend the night in Bhop ... could do take out just b4 getting there from So Pas. Or make a quick run down and back. What is it 10-15 minutes?
I've heard great things but haven't tried it myself. Even without eating there, its safe to say that it is not the best restaurant in the US - but if all of your customers leave happy, and you're the best reviewed restaurant in the US, that's still pretty dang impressive and most definitely deserves some attention. The owner is a really nice guy - that I can vouch for.
I ate a tri tip sandwich there...it was really good...around $9...not cheap, but very tasty, real oak Santa Maria barbeque.
I have driven by that place many many times. Jacks in Bishop is my go to place but I will have to try this place out sometime.
Drove by this place yesterday and it was closed. Bummed because I passed up Schatts to go there. No Monday's or Tuesday's.
