January Slow, But Got One To Go!

Hit the duct Friday night with my buddy Ron aka fishinone in search of a DD or just a skunk buster since its been such a tough bite.
Started out west and covered some water for one hit and miss.
Khanh "KPN" and Cuong aka Koifish had jumped a few spots ahead of us not wanting to hit our next few spots.
Flow had been slow so we decided to stay at the spots I was fishing a little extra hard and really trying to find my mojo, covering a little more water.
Then finally right when all hope was lost and Ron was ready to go home. I get bit... Powww... Fish on!! I say and stumble to turn my headlight on and fight the fish. Victory is mine and the skunk is off. At these times of hard fishing its a great accomplishment.

We hit a few more spots in high hopes of the bite picking up but nothing. Ron went home and I got a text that koifish got one too. We met up real quick and both called it a night!
