Default 1/2 day city of long beach 1/4/2014

    Good Morning FNN,
Decided to give freshwater a rest yesterday and try my efforts on some saltwater structure bass fishing. I went out on the City of Long Beach out of Long Beach Marina. The bite was consistent all day on the leadhead paired with squid. We all caught an assortment of sandbass, sculpin, and calicos. The best color leadhead was orange size 2oz. The setup i used for this trip was a Phenix M1 inshore series paired with the Diawa Lexa 300, 50lb powerpro, and 30lb seagar leader. Good Luck out there, the bite has been steady.

Again thanks for the report! I want to get out there and since I make all of my jigs & plastics I will be checking this out. Never fished the the Long Beach 1/2 day but I will give it a ride.
