Brown trout
Hi FNN,
I took a trip to Rancho Jarupa the other day to wet a line. I didnt see the usual state stockers but instead some decent sized browns swimming around. I threw everything at them without any reaction, you name it spoons, cranks,rooster tails, jerkbaits..... finally i decided to throw a 1/16 ball head and artifical minnow in black and caught this guy. This brown put up a good fight wih a few jumps here and there. After about a 5 minute battle it came to the net. thanks for viewing.

Congrats! That is a nice fish.
Some nice fish coming out of this small lake. Lets not blow it up tho cuz its my home lake. 8 bucks and always limits compared to 25 at SARL or irvine and mostly skunks lols
