More Yellowfin 8/27/2014
Took the Kolo out for another run with crew members Blake, Franky and Sonny onboard. We launched out of San Diego and fished in US waters. The day started off with a slow pick and then just as we are running out of bait the tuna start going full speed. They were eating the dead baits we had left. We ended with 18 nicer grade fish from 20 to 35 pounds. I only got the first 2 fish on the Gopro. Battery died just before it started going full speed and I didn't have time to change it. Swell was huge! 10+ feet. Not much wind though so no problem for the Kolo. It was great fishing with the crew again. Heading back out tonight with Wingnut and friends, hopefully we'll have a repeat performance!
