Enough Mahi Mahi to give some to friends, BBQ, bake, poach, broil and still have enough to eat shashimi often.

I'll be serving up dorado shashim at my daughters wedding. :thumb:

3 coolers had 70# of YFT and Dodo's each. add the math, a 150#'s easily just tuna. You must have a big backyard.

They have gear on the panga's, but it is questionable.. Most bring their own gear...

I take my lower end stuff, Sealines, Saltist, TLD II, all reconditioned prior to trip.... And stout rods, 20 to 50 is the lightest rod I take..... The younger guys/gals in better shape go a little lighter

You guys rocked it. Good job on the Mahi, My favorite fish!
Try marinating the Mahi in olive oil, salt, pepper for about an hour and grilling it. serve the fish on top of a bed of simple mushroom risoto. I just tried that with some mahi i just caught from mexico. so simple and so ufkin good!.. you can pretty much prepare the mahi any way and it will be good, i don't know about mahi sashimi though.
