Colorado River report 8-1 & 8-2. HOT and humid!
Really hot and humid last weekend. There was a nice bite before the storm hit, but after the rain they were hard to find. Saw quite a few spawning and guarding nests which was strange. My son caught three all on his own which was awesome.
Driving back Sunday was an adventure. Couldn't see 50 yards in front of us most of the way. Haven't seen rain like that in a loooong time.

Nice! that section of the river looks really fun to fish with all those weed lines
Once again looks awesome. We should be up there early Sept. Possibly labor day. I will let you know.
