A little direction please

I live in the MDR area and just started hitting the surf again and am still quite the novice at surf fishing I have the camo crack and some soft plastics and hard baits so since my baseball teams are done and this old goat of a coach is wanting to relax. So I have been hitting this area and have found that there just aren't numbers like in the colder months. So I am hoping for so e direction north or south not asking for honey holes just some general advice and parking knowledge prefer not to pay to park but also realize the nature of the beast as well so in closing I appreciate any advice given and my lips are sealed.
