Cat Bugs - 9/30
My buddy and I went hooping at Catalina for the first time. We arrived after dark and didn't know where to go. First spot was not good. Too much kelp and eels and no bugs. After a couple hours we moved to a different spot and then it was on for the next few hours. Didn't get a full limit, but the average size was nice, about 3+ pounds.
