These same guys were seen 3 days last week with two ice chests full each day.. I have to imagine the 4 days we didn't see them was because we weren't out there

I had a guy come up last week while I was landing a fish. (Undersized)
As I went to release it he asked "your not going to keep that?"
I said "no, it's not big enough".
He says, "I'll take it"
After I thru it bak in the water, he walked off in a huff, jumped back in his truck & drove off. Lmao
