I actually just started doing the meat tenderizer... I cant notice much of a difference...all the other ingredients are a must though... Nope no chili powder for me..my wife and 6 year old wouldn't be too happy.. ; )

Not the spicey kind with ultra hot pepper, the mild stuff you would use in chili. No heat at all.
Ill have to check that stuff out Stinkbait. Im getting more tri tip today for dinner and for my Perris tourney tomorrow..
