42" from the surf!

Not my report but i thought id share fishing report on BD. Fellow angler caught a 42" flattie from the surf! whats the biggest halibut caught from the surf? i thought my 34" was big but this thing is just monsterous.

Wow that is awesome. Hey he said he was catching perch with a kastmaster? Is he referring to the trout lure? Ive never heard anybody getting surf perch with that method. Again amazing fish
