Silverwood skunk

Took the boat out to silverwood on Saturday and trolled swimbaits from 1 till about 5 for a big fat skunk. There were a lot of bass fisherman, one @$$hole crossed way too close behind us and nearly cut off our swimbaits. there were still trout around the marina

Swimbait bite has been slower this year than last few. I have my guesses as to why.

Lake hours kind of suck right now, you need to get on the water at grey light or fish before dark but with 7 to 7 it makes it real difficult unless you hike in.
