Fished the buoy line again. Metered lots of fish from 40 feet to 60 feet. All fish were catch a foot off the bottom 60 feet. The bite ended about 9:30 chicken liver was the ticket again. one = catfish 6-strippers (One was 4 lbs). Strippers are mostly dink's. The water level is still down about 10 ft. Inlet is running fast.
