I just came across your post. Have you resolved the problem. If not, and hope it may be some help, but if memory serves me I think that the dish has to be pointing 140 SW.
I would double check to make sure the dish mast is plumb and level.
[Just point it SOUTH, that will fix it.
Is that near Orion's belt? Or towards the Big Dipper?
Thanx every1 I got a couple more hours to give it a shot on sat and got it dialed in
You pointed it towards Orion, huh?
If you do this often there is a meter one can put in line at the dish and it speeds up the aiming process as well as locates the position for maximum signal reception .
Radio shack has one and better ones can be found on e-bay or electronic part/tool supply stores. This is really helpful if you have a R.V.
