Default Colorado River quality not quantity!

Went to the house for a quick weekend trip. Wind blowing a steady 20mph Friday and most of Sat so I fished where it wasn't which wasn't much... Of course Sunday was perfect but they let so much water out of the damn Sat night that the fishing was off. Great thing is that everything I caught was really nice. No dinks. Lost about 4 using a new Owner Phantom tube hook that I will never use again. Lesson learned.

    Fished the usual guys:

I'll take QUALITY over QUANTITY every time. Nice job working around the challenges and coming out on top.

Awesome! I cannot wait to fish that part of the river this summer. I have a new Ranger RT188 coming in about 6 weeks so it will be a fun summer out there.

Way to overcome the adversities with some nice bronzebacks.

Surprised about those owners, they're usually top shelf.

    Thanks for taking us along.

Thanks for sharing. What part of the river were you at? We are going to Fishers in a couple weeks. Thanks...

Don't be so quick to dump the owners , IMO best hook made.
