Blind Children’s Learning Center, a non-profit agency, provides services for children with visual impairments. Founded in 1962 by six adults who were blind, the organization was originally called “Services for the Blind Orange County.” The founders quickly discovered the key to helping a person with visual impairments was to start working with them at a very early age. Today the agency serves children and their families through Bright Visions Early Childhood Center (onsite preschool) and Outreach Services with the mission to provide early intervention, education and services for blind, visually impaired or deaf-blind children and their families to empower independence. Thanks, TaperSteve. It's true! Arriving about 9:00 or so, staying until about 1:00. Hitting all the "secret spots". Breakfast and lunch selections cooked fresh at the shoreline, and there will even be coffee. Bring your appetite!

Unless there's high winds and the lake is white capping everything should be OK for boats and even then you can just grab a shore spot and fish. Some of my best fishing for trout and cats has been during some of the hardest downpours. "Hint" they love nightcrawlers during and after rain. Also bright PB like chartreuse ohh and short leaders.

Hope to see y'all out there Saturday there's sooo much stuff that's been donated by all the sponsors everyone is going to go home with something. Come join the Team 57 crew in line the night before and pre-register if you haven't already purchased your tickets from FishingLakes.com in the store section.
