    I've never had a hook embedded that deep into any part of my skin but holy crap, to demonstrate it like that is extreme. I understand accidents happen and the more you fish, the chances of getting hooked increase, but if you are for the most part careful and pay attention to what you're doing, you'll never have a hook that deep in your skin....plain and simple.
