late report.. but a report.
A bunch of people (my uncles friends) and I went out on a charter boat from oxnard. The boat was the Pacific Dawn. Sorry, but i dont know exactly where we went, all I know is that we had A KILLER time. We limited on White seabass, got 2 halibut (1-30 pound, 2- 40 pound), a yellowtail that got confused and thought it was a White seabass, and 200+ rockcod. HIGHLIGHT: we were on the front page of Western Outdoor News on April 6th :D
glad to see that you guys had a killer trip...pacific dawn is great...first class crew..and shanes a great cook..he will actually make you sit down and eat haha...im sure you guys fished santa rosa island...thanks for sharing with us..

You guys were at Eagle's Nest on the backside of Rosa. Both Pat on the Pacific Dawn and Joe on the Mirage got limits. That was on 4/2.
Way to go! The 'Dawn is a great boat. The bunkroom is VERY comfortable.
